What Is Manduka's Return Policy?

Manduka accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for merchandise purchased on eu.manduka.com. Manduka is unable to accept returns for items that have been used, altered or damaged after being received and apparel items must be unwashed and unworn, clean, and all hangtags must be attached.

A €10 Restocking Fee may be applied to any items returned outside of the 30-Day return window or to any merchandise that is out of its original packaging.

Please note that at this time Manduka does not cover the cost of return shipping.

If a promotional item was sent together with the purchase (Buy X and receive Y free of charge) both products must be returned to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, the value of the product will be reduced from the refund.

How Do I Return A Product?

If you would like to return a product please Contact Us with your order number and a customer service team member will provide you with return instructions. Our warehouse is located in Belgium, we kindly ask all returns to be sent there.

Can I Exchange A Product?

We do not provide direct exchanges. We kindly ask you to return your order within 30 days and we will refund you for your original purchase so that you can place a new order on eu.manduka.com at your own convenience.

Do You Offer Free Returns?

No - We do not offer free returns and our reason is simple. We ask our valued customers to place their orders consciously. We want you to buy the right item to help minimize environmental impact of today's unconscious Buy and Return Shopping. Ensuring you buy the right product, the first time. If you are unable to find a local studio or store and you are still undecided, feel free to contact us by giving us a call or email.

How Long Does The Refund Process Take?

If your return passes inspection you will receive a confirmation email, typically within 7 business days from the time we’ve received the returned goods in our warehouse. If the returned items do not pass inspection, a customer service team member will be in touch. Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the confirmation email is sent. Please note that at this time we do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.

I Have A Complaint About An Item I Ordered, What Should I Do?

If you should experience an issue with a product then a claim can be made via the Customer Product Claim Form found on the bottom of the page here. Please attach it in our Contact Us form and we will look into your claim and get back to you within 5 business days.

Please note, if you purchased your product from another retailer than eu.manduka.com, we kindly ask you to address your concern to the retailer where the purchase was made.

Is It Possible To Return A  Manduka Product Purchased From Another Retailer?

No - We are unable to accept products purchased from other retailers. Please reach out to the retailer you purchased from with any inquiries regarding your purchase, as these items are subject to the retailers' own return policies. 

I Live Outside Of The EU - Can I Get A VAT Refund For My Purchase?

Please note that Manduka does not offer Tax-free purchases or VAT refunds. The retail prices on Manduka EU will remain the same independent of the VAT percentage of the destination country. This includes export countries, such as Norway and Switzerland.

Can I Return My Order And Keep The Promotional Item I  Received With The Purchase?

If a product is given for free together with another product (Buy X and receive Y free of charge), both items needs to be returned to receive a full refund. If only the product which was paid for is returned, the value of the promotional product will be reduced from the refund. If only the promotional product is returned, no refund will be issued for the product since it was free of charge.
