What Is Island Shipping?

If your shipping destination is technically not on mainland, then you will need to choose the island shipping option during check-out. Unfortunately, if you do not choose this option during check-out and your address is an island shipping destination then your order will go on hold and our customer service team will contact you regarding your order before it can be processed.

How Long Does It Take For My Order To Ship?

Orders received before 14:00 CET on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 14:00 CET will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel while it is on its way to you.

How Do I Track My Parcel?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link when your order gets shipped out so you can follow the progress of your delivery. We ship most of our orders through DPD, but it might be delivered by one of their local partners depending on which country the order is shipped to. DPD delivers via local partners ChronoPost, SEUR, BRT Bartolini and PostNord.

Why Do I See Additional Shipping Costs At Check-Out?

Manduka offers free shipping to mainland destinations within the EU, starting at order value 125€.

If you enter a shipping address to e.g. an export country or an island destination, additional shipping fee will be calculated before you reach check out.

I Have Not Received My Parcel Yet, What Do I Do?

Our aim is to dispatch your order as soon as possible, once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation per email. This will include a track and trace number so that you can follow your parcel.

If your parcel is set as delivered but you haven't received the parcel, please Contact Us

If the status of your parcel has not been updated for several business days, please Contact Us. In this case, we will contact the delivery service regarding your parcel. On the rare occasion that the parcel is deemed lost we will offer you a solution, such as a replacement order or a refund.

My Country Is Not Listed During Check-Out, What Do I Do?

Manduka Europe ships to all countries within the EU, to Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania.

However if your country is not listed under the country list during check-out then please check out our store locator to find a local retail partner.

If we do not have a retail partner within your area please feel free to Contact Us and we are happy to explore the possibilities of shipping to your country.

My Shipping Address Is Incorrect, How Do I Change It?

If you made a mistake with your shipping details, please Contact Us straight away and we will help you to the best of our ability. Please note, we are unable to adjust addresses if the order has already shipped out from our warehouse.

United Kingdom Shipping

If you choose to order directly from Manduka, we do offer shipping to consumers in the UK via DPD. Please be aware that transit time can largely vary depending on local circumstances. An average UK delivery takes 5 business days, but it can vary normally between 3-8 days. There is an additional charge for shipping to UK islands.

Import fees and duties are covered by the shipping fee for orders shipping to the UK.

As the UK is no longer a part of the EU, we are unable to offer the subsidized return label to UK customers. Please note, that returns may be costly due to additional duty fees. Returning product from the UK to our warehouse in Belgium is considered exporting goods. For more information about returns from export countries visit our Returns & Refunds page.

    There Is An Item(s) Missing From My Delivery, What Should I Do?

    Firstly, please ensure that the parcel was not damaged during transit and that you have unpacked all product(s) from the parcel. When possible our warehouse packs items within or around softer articles to minimize damage during transit.

    If you have ordered larger items, they are usually sent in separate boxes and these can sometimes arrive on different delivery dates.

    My Parcel Has Been Redirected To Manduka, What Do I Do?

    Parcels are sometimes redirected back to our warehouse in Belgium, this can occur due to the following reasons:

    • incorrect address
    • failed delivery attempts
    • refused by recipient
    • missing export documents
    • unpaid customs charges
    • illegible address
    • damaged in transit

    If we receive the parcel back at our warehouse we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
