Neeti was first drawn to yoga during a more difficult time in her life. She found refuge on her mat by being able to express physically what she could not express emotionally. From a place of healing her practice grew into a means of opening and awakening.

Neeti sees teaching as an opportunity to share with others a sacred practice that has brought her not only solace but immense personal growth. In this guided meditation, Neeti focuses on the importance of perseverance, in meditation and in life.
