25-Minute Morning Vinyasa Practice in Slovenian
Join yoga teacher Anja for a morning 25-minute intermediate Vinyasa practice in Slovenian. @asteya.studio shares, "Whether you're already physically active, a beginner in yoga, or someone with previous yoga experience, this class is designed to be accessible to almost everyone. If you feel the need to pause at any point, please do so. Most of the asanas will be performed dynamically, in a flowing sequence. If you have sensitivity in your lower back or lumbar region, approach the practice with extra care and gentleness. You can also soften your mat by placing a blanket on top for added comfort. Your experience will be shaped by both my guidance and your mindful participation. Stay connected to your body’s sensations and maintain awareness of each breath, both the inhale and the exhale."
