The Equa Hot Yoga Towel is designed for hot yoga, heated classes, and any practice where perspiration may affect your grip. Its sweat-activated surface provides grip as soon as it comes into contact with moisture, helping you practice with confidence as sweat builds. Layer it over your yoga mat for added grip and moisture absorption, with soft-touch microfiber providing a comfortable practice surface.

Place the Equa Hot Yoga Towel over your yoga mat with the soft microfiber surface facing up. Its sweat-activated surface provides grip as it comes into contact with moisture. If you prefer more grip from the start of practice, lightly mist the areas under your hands and feet with water using a spray bottle.

The Equa Hot Yoga Towel is designed to cover your yoga mat, while the Equa Hand Towel provides targeted moisture absorption and grip wherever you need it most. Place the Hand Towel under your hands or feet for added grip during practice. It’s a great option for practitioners who perspire more in specific areas, and for teachers to offer quick spot adjustments when a student needs additional grip without covering the entire mat.

Both towels are designed to add moisture absorption and grip during heated practice, but they offer a different feel and experience. The Equa Hot Yoga Towel features an ultra-soft microfiber surface with sweat-activated traction, making it a great choice for practitioners who prioritize a soft, smooth feel during heated practice. The Yogitoes Hot Yoga Towel offers higher absorbency for heavier sweat, with patented silicone nubs on the underside and a moisture-activated surface designed for grip as sweat builds. Choose Equa for its soft-touch feel or Yogitoes for higher absorbency and silicone-nub construction. Both are sized to cover a full-size PRO Lite Yoga Mat and designed to support confident practice when things get sweaty.

The Equa Hot Yoga Towel is machine washable, making it easy to clean and refresh after every practice. Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach, dryer sheets, fabric softeners, or detergents containing softeners, as they can reduce grip performance. For complete washing and care instructions, refer to the Use & Care Guide.
