Returns and Refunds
Manduka Europe
Manduka accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for merchandise purchased on eu.manduka.com. Manduka does not cover the cost of return shipping. Initial shipping cost is refunded if the complete order is returned (not applicable on orders shipping outside of the EU and special shipments, such as the PRO squared). We do not accept returns for products purchased from other retailers.

We are currently able to offer return labels for a subsidized rate of €5,99 to the following EU countries listed below:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Ireland, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden
You can request a return label by contacting us here. If your country is not listed or you are returning the parcel from an island destination, we are unable to supply a subsidized return label and we kindly ask you to organize the return shipping yourself. If you are located in an non-EU country, please find additional information here.
The return labels are valid when returning the parcel from mainland, island destinations are excluded. Return labels are not offered for PRO squared, we must kindly ask you to arrange the return shipping by yourself.
Please remove the original label with your shipping information from the box, print and attach the return label, drop off the parcel at your closest DPD drop-off point. The return label is not valid for pick-up at home, only for drop-off at a parcel shop.
If you are unable to make use of the return label provided by Manduka, we must kindly ask you to arrange the return by yourself. Manduka will not be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do everything we can to help.
Props and Mats Return Policy:
Manduka is unable to accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after being received. A €10 Restocking Fee may be applied to any items returned outside of the 30-Day return window or to any merchandise that is returned without its (intact) plastic/cardboard banderol.
For Example:
- Creases/Folds from improper handling and/or storing- it is best to lay the mat flat or keep it rolled up
- Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids
- Improper cleaning (i.e. harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine)
- Damage from use other than yoga or similar fitness activities
- Uneven color patterns or discoloration due to use
- Damage from outside elements/factors that puncture or deface the mat
- Return labels are invalid for the PRO Squared due to the size
Apparel Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Manduka accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for apparel purchased on eu.manduka.com.
Manduka is unable to accept returns for apparel that has been altered or damaged after being received. Items must be unwashed and unworn, clean, and all hangtags must be attached. Please note all apparel items are subject to inspection. A €10 Restocking Fee may be applied to any items returned outside of the 30-Day return window, items that fail inspection will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If your return passes inspection you will receive a confirmation email, typically within 5 business days from the time we’ve received the returned goods in our warehouse. If the returned items do not pass inspection, a customer service team member will be in touch. Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the confirmation email is sent. Please note that at this time we do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.

When we have received and processed your return, the amount for the return labels will be deducted from the refund automatically. If standard EU shipping cost was paid when the order was placed, it will be refunded if the whole order is returned. Special shipping cost, such as island shipping, express shipping, export shipping or extra shipping for large mats is non-refundable.
Non-EU Countries
Manduka gladly accepts returns from countries outside of the EU, however, please keep in mind that the customer is fully responsible for checking that all applicable duties and taxes are charged to them directly if any should arise.
If Manduka is requested to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned merchandise, we will deduct this from the amount to be refunded.
International returns need to include the value and description of the goods returned for customs purposes. Please enquire with the courier on how to ensure the delivery of your parcel, since it needs to be cleared for customs. You are welcome to contact us here if you need documents, such as the invoice, for declaration purposes.
Please make a note of your tracking number to follow the progress of your return parcel with the courier of your choice. If any questions should arise regarding your return parcel, please reach out to the courier. Manduka does not take any responsibility for parcels which are unable to reach our warehouse.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please visit our Gift Cards Terms & Conditions page for more information.
Product Claim
If you should experience an issue with defective product then a claim can be made via the Customer Product Claim Form. Defect claims will be processed within 5 business days. Please note, if you purchased your product outside of eu.manduka.com please address your concern to the retailer you purchased it from.
