Keep Calm And Practice On

While the world is asking us to hunker down and stay home, we are seeking new ways to evolve our practice. Building an at home practice is a wonderful way to get in a workout, keep your body moving and help your mind find ease. With growing resources and classes pivoting to online streaming, our digital age is making it easier than ever to stay connected to our yoga community from afar.

By reframing, we see this as an opportunity or rite of passage — learning how to move at our own pace, listening to our bodies and developing a deeper understanding of how we respond physically and mentally in both movement and stillness. We invite you to use this time of unrest to get grounded and journey with us, further into your yoga practice. Remember, we’re all in this together.
