This 11-minute flow is a soft posture-TLC sequence designed to melt away upper-body tension, especially tech neck and rounded shoulders.

The practice gently opens the shoulders, chest, upper back, and neck to release tightness, decompress the spine, and create more space for the breath. It’s calming, spacious, and restorative. A moment of relief you can return to anytime you need to reset.

Cissy Kaukvere is a yoga teacher based in Oslo with a passion for upper-body posture. She is the creator of Posture Paradise, an accessible method designed to empower women to embody self-confidence from within by cultivating happy, healthy posture.
