Tell us about Es Racó d’Artà. What is particularly unique and special about the destination, hotel and your approach to hospitality?
Grounded in a restored 220-hectare finca in northeast Mallorca, Es Racó d’Artà offers an experience rooted in sustainability, craft, and heritage. With suites, casitas, and private homes, the retreat blends vernacular architecture, organic farming, and a spa specialized in water treatments. Mallorcan chef Maria Solivellas leads a seasonal, land-led kitchen, while daily rituals—yoga, foraging, and slow living—invite guests into deeper connection. Solar energy, recycled materials, and closed-loop systems reflect a core philosophy: that true comfort and calm is most meaningful when it honors land, lineage, and time.

What inspired the decision to make yoga part of the wellness offering?
The decision to include yoga as part of our wellness offering was inspired by our commitment to providing a truly holistic experience for our guests. Our hotel is not just a wellness destination—it is a place where we embrace a comprehensive approach to well-being. Yoga and meditation are integral to this philosophy, serving as powerful tools to align the body and mind. By incorporating these practices into our daily offerings, we support our guests in finding balance, inner peace, and a deeper connection to themselves and their surroundings.
Do you have upcoming retreats or events planned that you would like to share?
This year we have our signature retreat "Healing Heart Retreat", happening November 14th to 16th, as well as wellness packages in our SPA throughout the year.
